Theres one thing you can absolutely count on during your entrepreneurial career; there will be many problems to solve!
Financial problems, people problems, problems from left field, center field, right field and certainly problems you didnt foresee when you set out on your entrepreneurial journey.
This is one thing you can plan on; NOTHING GOES AS PLANNED!
Entrepreneurship is not for people who dodge problems. One of the strongest traits of great entrepreneurs is they aggressively tackle and solve problems.
Its the only way to keep problems manageable; otherwise your problems will overwhelm and bury you.
This is not a good place to be, emotionally, spiritually, or physically. It can have a negative impact on the business at hand, your employees, your family life and even your health can suffer too.
Entrepreneurs are built specifically to solve problems (and never let anyone see them sweat : ).
Theres a solution for every problem under the sun. Its just the way it is. If you look hard enough, then look some more, the answers will come. They always do.
However answers dont always conveniently present themselves in a timely fashion. Sometimes the answer appears at the last minute PHEW!
Its the meantime that can chew you up, spit you out and have you wanting to run home to mama.
Seriously though, if problems have a tendency to overwhelm you, you may want to re-think your decision to be, or to become an entrepreneur.
The underlying factor behind every great entrepreneurial feat accomplished in history has been the result of entrepreneurs solving many problems; both internal external in the business and in the marketplace.
